I am here to request an episode for the hit TV series "Pokemon". I am titling the episode: "Dial M for Melvin". It is a cross-over of Captain Underpants and Pokemon. Here is the plot of the episode:

Brock steals Ash's Chimchar at the start. Then Ash hears "Tra-la-la!" in the distance. The voice turns out to be that of Captain Underpants. Captain Underpants is accompanied by George Beard, Harold Hutchins and Melvin Sneedly. Melvin decides to take over Sinnoh! So he successfully runs for president of Sinnoh and creates a whole bunch of gruesome rules. He forces residents of Sinnoh to kill all Phione; tear the limbs off of every Combusken and Blaziken; chop the tails off of every Monferno and Infernape; make Torterra a Grass-Dragon type; make Magnemite and Magneton shed their Steel-type traits; declare Cade McNown as the official national hero of Sinnoh; buy a copy of the new video game "Drew Bledsoe beats up Donovan McNabb"; listen to music by Cher during lunch; make billboards that say "Daunte Culpepper sucks"; declare India part of the Middle East; cut the ears off of every Wartortle and Blastoise, rip the wings off of every Charizard; pull Machoke and Machamp's pants down and sing "Fuck that Motherfucking Bullshit" by MC Lyte at the top of their lungs in church. Then Ash checks his PokeDex and finds out that Melvin is a Poison-Steel type Pokemon. So Dawn calls all the Ground-type Pokemon to beat up Melvin.
